I have worked in IT for nearly a decade, climbing the ranks up to Infrastructure Architect & Datacentre Operations Manager.

My Experience

I joined Obsidian Networks in April 2019 as a 1st Line IT Support Engineer. Working closely with the Managing Director I now maintain all our infrastructure for clients and in our datacentre. The roles I have achieved while working here are as follows;

Datacentre Architect
IT Support Team Leader
Infrastructure Engineer
3rd Line IT Support Engineer
IT Support Field Engineer

I started my own Website design company in 2020 after collecting skills from my day job. I have a passion for design with a key eye to detail.

Sadly due to certain events I was unable to continue this business but I have made sure to keep my skills sharp!

I joined Wrexham Council as an IT Apprentice in 2017. I quickly picked up new skills and developed on existing ones. I worked here for 2 years while I worked to achieve several qualifications to help build up my CV for a potential future employer.
